SHaW Champions Network Meeting

Tuesday 8th November 2011: Victoria House, Capital Park, Fulbourn

It was great to see so many NHS Champions at the networking meeting. We hope you found the day useful for sharing information, building contacts and developing ideas to take back to your organisations.

The theme of the day was celebrating success. Four organisations have achieved the 'Inspire Mark' for the NHS 2012 Incentive Challenge and attended an awards celebration hosted by David Nicholson and Jonathan Edwards on the 22nd November.

Three further organisations have achived the Health & Wellbeing Good Practice Award and the Healthy Ambitions Suffolk Award. 76% of NHS trusts have signed up to the Health and Wellbeing award, of which 31% are either going through assessment or have achieved accreditation. Well done to Jennie Jones, for achieving a National Flu Fighter Award. Congratulations to all.
