Accreditation

The Staying Healthy at Work programme offers organisations three different progressive Health and Wellbeing accreditation options; the Framework for Action, aSHaWd and the Health and Wellbeing Good Practice Award.

Organisations may choose to develop their health and wellbeing approach by progressing through the different options starting with the Framework for Action, moving on to aSHaWd and then working towards the Health and Wellbeing good practice award. Alternatively each option is available as a stand alone accreditation.

Where you choose to start and what accreditation option you choose will need to fit with your organisation, your progress in health and wellbeing so far and how you wish to move forward.

The table below gives a brief overview of what each accreditation option consists of, how you go about applying and some of the advantages available to you.

Set yourself no limits and become globally recognised

Gaining an ITEC qualification means you can work all over the globe in a career that you have had extensive training in, so you have learnt techniques to advance your skills.

With Natural Enhancement, you can change your career path into something that is much more exciting and rewarding; a semi permanent makeup artist, including medical and aesthetic procedures. Find out more.

All courses are accredited by HABIA and BABTAC with all certificates recognising you as a professional technician of micropigmentation.

What?

The Framework consists of five commitments which provide the basis for a plan of action to enable organisations to improve the health and wellbeing of their staff and their business.

This is a good first step to get involved, learn and share information about workplace health and wellbeing.

The aSHaWd approach is set in the framework of the Investors in People Health and Wellbeing good practice award. It is positioned to guide and support health and wellbeing development at a foundation level.

aSHaWd offers a stepping stone to the SHaW / IIP award.
The Staying Healthy at Work (SHaW)/Investors in People (IIP) Award is more rigorous and requires a higher level/more integrated health and wellbeing approach.
How?

You can sign up to the Framework and join the Employers Network by
clicking here
.

Signing up to the Framework for Action is free of charge.

You will need to tell us what your organisation is doing to support the aSHaWd requirements. Examples of staff stories, photographs, newsletters, press releases, posters and leaflets can make up your story board. This information will be reviewed by a trained independent reviewer.

The aSHaWd award is free of charge

The assessment for the award will follow an interview approach, where trained Investors in People assessors will come and consult with representative groups and individuals across your organisation.

There is a charge for the Good Practice Award
